Does it cost me money to list my property with a realtor if it does not sell?

There is no cost to you unless your property sells and closes. Your costs are paid at closing from the proceeds of the sale of your property. I pay for all the marketing and advertising myself, and I do not require any reimbursement for these items or for my services. We will agree on a commission at the time we sign the listing agreement and you will not be required to pay anything unless your property sells and closes at which time the commission will be taken out of your proceeds at closing.
