I would be delighted to work with you on a long distance basis. I am very familiar with Charleston and all its surrounding areas, as I am a Charleston native. As a Charleston, Berkeley, Dorchester County Multiple Listing Service member, I can help you identify specific areas, subdivisions and homes that meet your criteria including size, age, price, amenities, schools, commuting distance, etc. I would be happy to e-mail you targeted information in the early stages if you would like. Once you have decided on a property, I can help you negotiate the best price, terms, conditions, occupancy date, home warranty, etc. with the Seller so that it results in a binding contract. I can help facilitate/coordinate all necessary steps including inspections, appraisal, attorney, etc. to and through closing, and once we have taken the transaction all the way to closing, you can then close by Power of Attorney or mail. You do not have to be present for the closing, but I will be there for you.
