Let us introduce ourselves:

The leader of our team is HARRIOTT KNOX. Of course, she really doesn’t need much of an introduction, but it doesn’t hurt to remind people of her experience:

Harriott Knox has been selling homes in Charleston and its surrounding areas for the past 8 years. Prior to selling real estate in the Charleston area full-time, she was a home mortgage loan processor, so she has an insider’s knowledge of the mortgage process and how it works, and she can use her industry-wide contacts to help find the best interest rate and loan program to fit your specific needs. She also has a distinct advantage as a Charleston native and lifetime resident. She is completely knowledgeable of the tri-county area and can identify communities perfectly suited to your family’s needs. Her main goals in Real Estate are to deliver excellent customer service with honesty, integrity and enthusiasm and to establish a long-lasting, satisfying relationship with her buyers and sellers that continues long after closing. The other member of our team is Vernon Knox. Vernon is HARRIOTT’s husband, and he has been her buyer’s agent for the past 3 1/2 years. Vernon goes to great lengths to explain the buying process thoroughly to his buyer clients, so they will know what to expect up front and throughout the entire process. It is his goal to find out what his buyer’s needs and goals are and to find them exactly what they are looking for, making the transition to becoming a homeowner as stress-free and comfortable as possible.
